Suburban New engine and transmission in Tomkins Cove, New York
Chevrolet Suburban K1500 4 wd, New engine at 118535 miles currently 131242 with balance of 3 year or 80,000 mile warranty transferable to new owner, motor has towing cam installed from factory have never towed with truck. rebuilt transmission by Aamco less than 4000 miles ago. This was a spare truck of mine that I kept for winter use, ski trips with the family and family trips I have maintained impecably for past 8 years.
The tires have less than 4000 miles on them and were over $800 new, I replaced the ABS control unit with a NEW GM ABS control unit in January including a new vaccum booster the ABS control unit alone was $1200 not including installation, it has new rotors in the front and new calipers less than 10,000 miles ago, also new wheel cylinders less than 10,000 miles ago. The front end has new upper control arms and new ball joints in them, the undercarriage and frame are CLEAN no rot issues at all. New muffler and tail pipe the catalytic converter is fine, it has headers to help get it off its %ss I had all the work done to it planning on towing an RV I bought, however I was in a bad accident right after all the work was done and never got to tow the RV.
This is how well I took care of the truck, the engine did not need to be replaced nor did the transimission need to be rebuilt, I had a new engine put in the truck and the transmission rebuilt because I was planning on towing an RV and didnt want to potentially break down with it on vacation. when the transmission was done I had heavy duty clutches and a heavy duty torque converter installed in it for the purpose of towing a trailer.
I never got to use it because of the accident I was in. The engine and transmission alone cost me over $8000 including installation and not including the exhaust modifications. Also has a new power steering unit, new starter, new water pump, distributor, new alternator, all have lifetime warranties new radiator and the A/C was completely restored, yes the rear A/C works, newer battery . This is a great truck if you want to tow an RV or just have a sports team for a family it seats 8 very comfortably also newer AM/FM CD player. Never been in accident, I am the second owner and have had the truck for about 10 years.
The truck has every option power windows power door locks 3rd row seat rear air conditioning deep tint windows and everything works, look at the pictures it is clean the interior also has no issues. I was in a bad accident 2 years ago and I am no longer able to get in and out of the truck as I am permanently disabled with back problems. The truck needs new bulbs in the rear license plate bracket any questions email me or text me.
I have some room to negotiate however if you are thinking of low balling me dont even bother wasting the call, read it has a new engine and new transmission and almost every major engine component has been replaced within 10,000 miles and all have warranties it is in great mechanical and physical shape with no rust issues to the under carriage or frame.
